Step 1:

Fill out the form on the right, and we'll reach out to you via email within 24 hours to schedule your complimentary 20-minute call. During this time, we’ll listen to your story ~ your symptoms, past diagnoses, treatments that have worked (or haven’t), and most importantly, what you're hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll determine if we’re the right fit to help you reach your health goals. If we believe we can, we’ll share the next steps. If not, we’ll do our best to connect you with trusted professionals who can support your journey.

Step 2:

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll send you health history forms through our secure messaging portal. You’ll also receive a stool test kit at home, complete with easy-to-follow instructions for collecting the sample—no worries, it’s simple! After that, we’ll schedule your first appointment, which we ask to be completed within two weeks of your purchase. We're here to guide you every step of the way!

Step 3:

Your healing journey begins! Here is what you can expect:

• Bi-weekly Virtual Consultations
  • 1st visit is a 90-minute in depth case review of your health history, current symptoms, prior lab test results if any, and review of your health goals. We will then develop a customized roadmap outlining the areas of focus in order to begin your journey to gut health.
  • 2nd visit is a 45-minute review of your stool test results. The comprehensive stool test analysis helps determine the underlying cause of your gut dysfunction. Results will be reviewed with you during your visit at which time a personalized nutrition, lifestyle and supplement protocol based on the needs of your unique gut will be provided. 
  • subsequent visits will occur twice a month and are 45 minutes in duration. During these visits, we will fine tune your wellness plan with tailored recommendations and practices in order to promote continued progress towards a healthy gut. 
  • message check-ins every other week in between virtual appointments to answer your questions and monitor your progress. 
• Additional Functional Medicine testing to further assess overall health and wellness can be added at an additional cost, such as Food Sensitivity testing.
